PPS Success Refund and Exchange Policies

 

PPS Digital Material, eBooks, PDF Document Products, MP3 Audio, and Webinar/Teleseminar Products

Return Policy:
All sales of downloadable digital material, eBooks, PDF document, MP3 Audio, and Webinar/Teleseminar products and or any combination of these products are FINAL.

NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN ON THESE TYPES OF PRODUCTS. It is our policy, and the policy of most other companies, not to offer refunds on these types of products since we cannot guarantee the discontinuation of their use after the refund.

First Step DVD’s

Replacement is offered on any defective DVD. Defective materials may be exchanged for the same product within 90 days of delivery with return of the defective DVD to our home office at customer expense.

Refund will be honored within 30 days written notice and return of product to our home office at customer expense and is subject to $20 restocking fee.

Web-based Courses and Classes

Web-based courses and lessons are only eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, and only if the course or class has NOT been accessed.

Annual and Monthly Memberships

Due to the nature of our Monthly and/or Annual Memberships, no refunds are offered after you have purchased your membership.

Affiliate and Wholesale Products and Packages

We do NOT offer any refunds for any affiliate and/or wholesale product and package deal(s). All sales are FINAL.

Live Events

Refunds are considered up to the day of the Live Event, minus a $100 cancellation/ administration fee. There are no refunds after the Live Event. All class materials must be returned in original, like new, and in the original packaging.

In the unlikely event that we cancel a class, you will be notified in advance whenever possible, and you will be eligible for a full refund.
